Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire (February 27, 2010 - Toronto ON). Pointe Claire is a small town that is located on the West Island, which is part of Montreal's island. When I grew out of male companions at that point, I gave up. Dancers who have been in the past often switch into acting. In the case of Brugel, it was the result of a recommendation from her teacher in drama. The teacher who suggested she take on a part in the annual school production. After receiving the Fine Arts Talent Scholarship, she attended York University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the year 2000. Since then, Brugel has been involved in more than 60 shows, big and small. Most notable was when she landed Rita's role in The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel is the only Canadian actress in Season 1 and only appeared at times.
